• Throughout that time he has seen much change and has been an integral part of our journey together. Bill has been the Burger King Account Manger as Best have gone through 3 different names changes, 3 different owners and has managed the account as we have operated under 4 different contracts together.
• Prior to BKUK becoming the master franchisee, there was a time when Burger King were without a central supply chain resource in the UK. This meant that Bill was the main point of contact in the UK for all Burger King restaurants, franchisees and suppliers. This saw Bill often supporting the Burger King business way beyond his job description to ensure the smooth execution of key business activities such a new restaurant openings, promotional activity and menu changes to name a few.
• While things are structurally much more different today Bill is integral to our strong partnership. His exemplary planning, organisation and communication skills supported by his personable, collaborative nature and, not to mention his unique charm and wit, have continue to be a fundamental part of our success.
• He has an abundance of experience and is commercially and operationally savvy and another huge quality is his people orientation. He always has time for his colleagues, peers, and partners, offering support and coaching where it is asked for and is also embraces continuous improvement where it is warranted.
